I've been on a 25 year journey of self discovery and healing and i must say it has been quiet the treasure hunt.
Some of the things that have helped me along the way of having a better understanding of my body has been using Molecular Hydrogen, Bio Resonance scanning and my ionic foot bath. Once i had an understanding and a starting point of what to focus on, then I was able to work on cleaning up my health issues through H2, diet, supplements and herbal remedies. Also Using an ionic foot bath was very helpful during detoxification because it lessoned the symptoms from the die off of the overgrowth of microorganisms
Since healing is a mind body spirit experience, i try to incorporate all three areas into each session. This website is made up of the physical ways i have used myself to help heal my mind and body. At a newyouretreat.com the focus is on more your spiritual and believe system.
As of today i am still in the detoxifaction process of using Molecular Hydrogen, but so far I have amazing results. Some of the results I have had with H2 are that I have become more motivated, aware and inspired. I had noticed so many changes physically and neurologically in only 1 month and was so excited to forge ahead and share this amazing healing journey.
As a women who is just at the end of menopause it was definitely clear how much my body was changing... and not in the most beautiful ways : ) But i have never believed in aging so when i started noticing the changes in my skin with using H2 in only 2 weeks, I was definitely impressed. Less wrinkles, more elasticity and i was starting to build muscle again... and that was just by doing my usual walking routine.
Not only my skin was showing signs of improvement but so was my memory, mood and motivation.
Before i started on Molecular Hydrogen H2 i had been working on healing the bacteria, viruses and parasites that had accumulated in my system. During the initial stages of our first meet up on what's app, we can discuss whether this is the right fit for both of us.
The Retreat is at my home in Platanillo, Costa Rica, where you will have your own room and bathroom. I have a mini Australian Sheppard, Max, who will provide emotional support when needed. I am located 12 min drive to the beach and live on a trail system that can take you to a river.

Molecular Hydrogen Therapy
What is Molecular Hydrogen H2?
Molecular Hydrogen has the chemical formula H2. H2 is formed when 2 hydrogen atoms are covalently bonded together. It contains 2 protons and 2 electrons making it a neutrally charged molecule. It is colorless, odorless, tasteless and non-metallic. It is a neutral molecule, so it has no charge and is quite stable unless you ignite it in the presence of oxygen.
When this gaseous molecule H2 is dissolved in water it is often referred to as "hydrogen-rich water or just hydrogen water. H2 is the smallest molecule in the universe. So with its small size and its high lipid solubility, it is easily diffused into the subcellular compartments of the mitochondria and other subcellular locations. This form of hydrogen now acts as a selective antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective action (protection against gastric mucosal injury)
How does H2 enter from the blood into the cells?
Once H2 is in the blood from either drinking hydrogen water or H2 inhalation (or other methods) it travels throughout the bloodstream by simply being dissolved in the blood. It doesn't use carrier proteins like oxygen uses hemoglobin. The H2 then moves form the blood and enters the cells via simple passive diffusion.
This means it doesn't require any specialized transport system like many other molecules in order to get into the cell. This is because H2 is so small and is a neutral (no charge) molecule. It simply diffuses right through the cell membrane and into the mitochondria and nucleus following its concentration gradient (meaning moving from high concentration, like the blood , to low concentration, like the cells)
Generally it takes about 60 minutes for the administered H2 to leave the body, which is usually accomplished via exhalation. This means the H2 molecule is not stored in the body, it doesn't build up in the tissues, but is simply removed during normal breathing. However the main benefits of H2 remains long after the H2 molecules are already out of the body
How does molecular hydrogen act as an antioxidant?
- it is considered a selective antioxidant because it can only neutralize the most harmful toxic radicals such as the hydroxyl radical. It will not neutralize important beneficial signaling oxidants that are needed to fight infection or the ones used for optimal cellular function
- it can increase the body's natural antioxidant self defense system by activation the Nrf2 pathway. When the Nrf2 is activated, the cell produces more natural antioxidants such as glutathione. Exercise and various plant extracts have the same effect in that they also activate the Nfr2 pathway, which mediates their beneficial effects
- H2 can suppress excess oxidant/free radical production. Some cells can get out of control and produce way more oxidants than is needed H2 can help reduce this excessive level of oxidant production
